These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) form the basis for all
offers, agreements, and services related to the workshop and studio
offerings of TANZKOOP GbR.

a) Studio booking
Studio space must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
Last-minute requests, especially on weekends, may not be accommodated.
b) Booking confirmation
Bookings must be confirmed through the online form on the TANZKOOP webpage. Participants are responsible for ensuring
their reservation is properly registered.
c) Unregistered or informal bookings
Unregistered or informal bookings will not be recognized, and access to the studio may be denied.
d) Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least one day in advance. Repeated last minute cancelations or not use of the booked time, can lead to denied access in the future.

a) Usual cleaning responsibilities 
The dance floor must be cleaned with warm water (no detergents)
after each use.
b) Cleaning responsibilities after a mininum of one week
For rehearsals lasting at least one week or more, participants are responsible for cleaning all spaces, including the toilet, changing room, and surfaces around the dance floor. Alternatively, a cleaning service can be booked for €87.00. The cleaning service will be paid directly by the studios users and can be scheduled through TANZKOOP.
c) Cleaning responsibilities after a minimum of three weeks
For rehearsals of three weeks or more, booking the cleaning service (€87.00) is mandatory.
d) Obligation to maintain cleanliness
All users are expected to contribute to maintaining a clean and
welcoming space, including replenishing communal supplies such as
toilet paper and soap.

a) Respectful and professional manners
All studio users are expected to interact in a professional, respectful, and collegial manner.
b) Disrespectful or unprofessional behavior
Disrespectful or unprofessional behavior including failure to uphold agreed responsibilities, will not be tolerated.

a) House rules
An excerpt of the house rules is posted above the music system.
All participants must adhere to them.
b) Consideration
Consideration must be given to other residents and workers in the building. Noise levels must remain reasonable, and windows and door must remain closed during music, voice work, or other loud activities. Ventilation may only occur during breaks.
c) Quiet hours
Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m. must be observed. TANZKOOP GbR reserves the right to deny access to the studio in case of violations.
d) Denial of access
Participants may also be denied access if they are likely to disrupt events or disturb other users. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
e) Bicycles
Bicycles must be parked in designated areas only.
f) Leaving the space
Users are responsible for leaving the space in a clean condition. This includes wiping the dance floor with the designated mop and warm water, washing and storing dishes, returning furniture to its original position, and turning off all electronic devices and lights.
g) Shoes
Shoes must be left in the designated area at the entrance. The dance floor may not be used with shoes.
h) Smoking, alcohol, drugs
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited within the studio and common areas.
i) Food
Food may only be consumed in designated areas outside the dance floor.

TANZKOOP is committed to providing a positive, safe, and inclusive
environment for all participants and visitors.
a) Respectful, open and friendly interactions should be maintained, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, body type, ethnicity, or religious affiliation (or lack thereof).
b) Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. Sexualized language and imagery are not welcome within TANZKOOP spaces, including workshops, studio use, websites, and social media.
c) By participating, you agree to uphold these values and contribute to a positive community atmosphere.

a) Liability
TANZKOOP GbR is not liable for damages unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior by TANZKOOP GbR or its representatives. Liability for injury to life, body, and health remains unaffected.
b) Private Insurance
Participants must have private liability and health insurance. TANZKOOP GbR does not provide accident insurance for workshop participants or studio users. Accident insurance is strongly recommended.
c) First Aid
First aid and emergency medical measures may be initiated without prior consent if necessary.
d) Valuables
TANZKOOP GbR assumes no responsibility for valuables. It is recommended to keep personal belongings secure. Lost items will not be stored.

a) Event materials and teaching documents are protected by
copyright.
b) Any reproduction, distribution, or use beyond personal
reference requires prior written permission from TANZKOOP GbR.

a) Newsletter subscription
With explicit consent, TANZKOOP GbR will send newsletters or
similar updates via email. You can subscribe via the website.
b) Newsletter unsubscription
Participants can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each newsletter or directly on the TANZKOOP website.

TANZKOOP is committed to sustainable practices in all areas of its
work and encourages participants and visitors to do the same.
a) Evironmentally friendly travel options
Participants are encouraged to choose environmentally friendly
travel options and avoid air travel whenever possible.
b) Conserve resources
The philosophy of "renting instead of owning" is encouraged, alongside
practices like upcycling and waste reduction.
c) Joint sustainability efforts
Participants are asked to contribute to sustainability efforts, such as bringing reusable water bottles.

workshops or using the studio, you agree to comply with these rules
